Install the free app and protect your tax dollars from fraud, waste and abuse! Take a direct role in stamping out fraud and waste by reporting incidents directly to the Fraud Unit of the Philadelphia City Controllers Office.

The PhillyWatchdog app was created by the Philadelphia City Controllers Office in conjunction with its many efforts to uncover fraud,waste and abuse in Philadelphia. All reports submitted will be reviewed by the Controllers Office and users may be contacted at the information provided, unless reporting anonymously.
